Q. I tried to download some graphic buttons and banners from my sponsor but the site would only let me save them to my hard drive as bitmaps! Why would they do that?
A.
Sounds to me like your browser needs cleaning. Try clearing out your history and temporary Internet files. Then reboot your computer. That should fix the problem.
