Adobe Photoshop is the program most touted by Porno graphics types. It is a pretty nifty bit of software with whistles and bells galore. It also weighs your system down with its incredible demand on your resources. If you know little or nothing about graphic creation programs, you might want to check out the poor man's Photoshop: PaintShop Pro. It's a little easier to understand and not nearly as resource hungry as Photoshop. For simple tasks like making thumbnails and renaming files, you should get a program like ThumbsPlus or IRView. For paysite quality graphics, hire a professional designer.
