You probably are talking about a form of traffic trading. The TGP you are on has a deal to send a certain amount of their traffic to another TGP and vice versa. The webmaster of the TGP you’re at has linked a gallery to a trade TGP’s site. This is one way TGPs (especially start-ups) get visitors to their web.
