Q. This week is Mardi Gras and even though I don't live in New Orleans, there will be plenty of crazy drunken girls on the streets in my town! What I wanna know is if I take my camera with me and snap some boobs and crazy chicks, can I use that stuff on the web?

Yes and no. Yes, the things people do in a public setting are public acts. Yes, the girls at Mardi Gras celebrations are in a public place. No, you can't just go snapping away at them and throw them up on your adult site. A lot of those bead-trading, tit-flashing pics that you see are staged. If you see true unidentified/unpaid models, you probably don't see much of them except in their role as background filler. Yes, gals get crazy at Mardi Gras, but you never know the age of those gals. If you show their face, you open yourself to their ability to protect their image. You can ask for ID and have them sign waivers, but it's usually easier to just plant pre-paid models within the crowds.
