Q. I got a check in the mail the other day from a company I've never heard of. The company name on the check isn't from any of the sponsor programs I sell for. It's not a very big check but I am afraid to cash it. Is this a scam?
A.
The companies who run sponsor programs usually adopt a "respectable" name for business purposes. They don't want their affiliates to be embarrassed trying to cash a check from Hotslutfuckrbabes.com. Go ask your fellow adult webmasters who the company is. Odds are a check from 'Internet Traders International' comes from an adult sponsor.
