I had the opportunity to meet up with Ray and his parnter Chevy during the Internext show in Las Vegas. Got to hang with hm a bit and learn a little more about his adult content plugin service; StremFlex.com. To keep it direct, I must say that he is a stand-up guy with some big plans on the adult web. He has 5 years of experience under his belt and a couple of great webmaster programs. He gladly offered to do an interview for Cozy, I jumped at the occasion to let you guys in on someone that is due for some recognition. You've seen his companies advertised on the major resource sites and in adult industry magazines...Does BluMedia ring a bell? We'll here is a one-on-one exclusive with the unique Ray Spencer...

C-Pimp: I know your busy putting a bunch of stuff together at the moment. Thanks for giving me the time to do this interview.

C-Pimp: Alright then, let's kick things off by telling everyone a little about about StreamFlex, the lowdown on your service and what you have to offer adult webmasters? Staff and location of the company?

Ray: Well, StreamFlex has been providing content for over 1 year now, particularly serving the niche content markets. We have 15 straight products featuring niches like Transsexuals, Big Tits, Latin, BodyBuilders Hardcore, Chunky Chicks, Hairy women and our most popular niche, 6 mature products. We also just launched 6 new gay products featuring Black men, Latin men, Hot Studs, European Guys and Leather Gangbangs. We are located in the San Fernando Valley.

C-Pimp: You guys started off in the content field with JustSpecialty.com, why did you decide to switch the name to Streamflex and what other changes will come with the new name?

Ray: JustSpecialty was the name of our line of Niche products. Since we decided to add new gay products, it was essential for us to choose a name that was gender neutral.

C-Pimp: How long have you been in the online adult game?

Ray: I've personally been in the business for over 5 years now. We have been running StreamFlex for a little over a year now.

C-Pimp: You guys have quite a few plugin packages available on your site. What's your total count at the moment and which niches do they cover?

Ray: We have 15 niche products that cover Transsexuals, Big Tits, Latin, Fat Girls, Bodybuilders, Hairy Women and 6 mature products. We have 6 gay products that cover Black men, Latin men, Hot Studs, Twinks, European Guys and leather gangbangs. We are also getting ready to offer 6 niche pay per view and 1 gay pay per view product. Affiliates will be able to sign up for our program and make a commission by offering these online videos for sale to their customers.

C-Pimp: Do you shoot your own content and models, how do you provide your products with the video you need?

Ray: We have an exclusive arrangement with a top manufacturer of Specialty videos that has a line of over 400 titles. This content can not be purchased anywhere else except from StreamFlex. The extensive line of videos that we have allows us to offer our clients free monthly updates to the products. We are also working on some new niches that will be released within the next 3 months.

C-Pimp: How much dough does a webmaster have to cough up to offer your products to they members? Got any products FREE products at the moment?

Ray: Our individual products start at only $199 per month for the straight and $249 per month for the gay. You can get even better pricing by choosing our ready made packages like the Gold package which contains all 15 JustSpecialty products for only $799. Our Gay gold package offers 6 products for only $699. With the quality of the streams and quality of the videos and images that we offer, these products are a steal at these prices.

C-Pimp: Let's say you have webmasters that owns and operates a dozen paysites and wants to add one of your products to all of his/her domains, are your open to making a bulk deal or offer some sort of discount for largers orders?

Ray: If a webmaster has multiple domains and wants to add the products to all of his/her domains, we do not charge a penny extra. As long as they are owned by the same company, it is all combined under one monthly bill.

C-Pimp: How long does your team take to setup the products for new clients? Do you host all the products to absorb the bandwidth?

Ray: It takes us about 10-15 minutes to set up new clients. That has been our average response time. We handle technical issues and support within about 30 minutes also. We handle all hosting, content updates, monitoring, upgrades, etc. so that our clients receive the best service possible.

C-Pimp: It seems like a lot of video providers are gearing their new products to focus on specific niches as opposed to mainstream content. What do you think about the whole shift during the last few months? Is Niche taking over in the video field?

Ray: I don't think that niche is necessarily taking over the video field, however, as more people realize their individual fetishes these particular niche markets will grow. The popular opinion of what is attractive or sexy will most likely always remain the same. Mainstream sites will always be bigger money makers but it's getting harder to compete in that market because of the number of players in it. It's getting saturated and that is why we are focusing on niche markets.

C-Pimp: Alright, let me ask you this. What kind of advice do you have for someone who is planning on getting their own video plugin service off the ground? You know just your two cents on what they should do given your experience in the field?

Ray: Hmmmm� Unless you have a significant amount of experience in this market, I wouldn't suggest it. There are a lot of legalities associated with serving content not to mention the technical aspects. It's probably best to team up with an existing provider if you already have content.

C-Pimp: Before you go, can you fill me in on what we should expect from Streamflex during the next few months? Got any new products cooking up in your basement ready for launch anytime soon?

Ray: StreamFlex will continue to grow and offer new cutting edge products to the adult market. Watch for our new niche pay per view products around August 20th and the new European Girls content around September or October.
