Darker Pleasures, marketed since 1999 as the web's "Tit Torture Experts" is officially closing its doors.
Originally a small site with only one model, Darker Pleasures grew to include the original works of many well-known BDSM writers and exclusive galleries featuring models such as former Penthouse Pet Aria Giovanni and Penthouse feature Anna Lauren, as well as several SIGNY award winners and nominees such as Julie Simone, Petal Benson, Alex Chareese and others.
After switching to a monthly e-zine format in 2004, Darker Pleasures ended up with a unique library boasting hundreds of text stories, illustrated stories, photo galleries and articles, all focusing on the breast bondage and tit torture niche.
Darker Pleasures restructured in 2007, focusing on drawing people to its unique archived products. Increased niche competition, growing operating costs, and other factors contributed to the decision shut the site down as of January 1, 2011 after almost twelve years of operation.
