I've decided to shed some light on a program that I've been using every day now for almost a year!
It's called WebDrive and enables the editing, uploading and downloading of files from your server or web host with complete ease!
It was the first drive mapping software ever created for Windows, and when I first heard about it from my partner, I was skeptical. It just sounded too good to be true. I'm happy to say that it wasn't!
If you're someone that edits multiple pages on your site on a daily basis, there isn't an easier way than with the use of WebDrive. The first version I ever had wasn't perfect. Sometimes it would freeze up on me. I was actually thinking about giving up on the damn thing!
Lucky for me, it only took a couple more months for the publisher to launch a newer, so-called bug-free version. It was perfect, so perfect that I haven't let go of it since! I think WebDrive is a tool for everyone to try and use. I think most will love it's easy format and time saving features, I sure do!

What Does It Do?
Simple, you download it, you install it, and you set up your FTP info like you normally would with an FTP program or client and your set to go. WebDrive will create another drive letter on your PC that represents your FTP server. For as long you're connected, you can access that drive through Windows and instantly open, drag, copy and even edit anything you like right off your server!
It's convenient and easy to understand for all webmasters including newbies!
How Much Does It Cost?
It's actually very affordable; you can license the full version it for
only 39.95! You also have the option of downloading a Free trial before
dishing out the dough, so there is absolutely no risk involved. The
trial is fully functional.
Keep In Mind:
Because you're editing and updating pages right off the server, there is
one drawback to using WebDrive. You don't have a copy of your edited
files and updated websites on your PC. If your sever goes down or loses
data, you lose your pages.
If you do decide to use it on a steady basis, make sure you backup up your site regularly. Always keep a copy handy on
disc or on your PC. The good thing is that backing up with WebDrive is
as easy as 1-2-3. Open your mapped drive, select your site, then copy
and paste it onto your main PC hard drive. Could it be any easier?
